Supervisory Skills is a two-day introductory class.  Areas of discussion include:

Target Audience:  The program seeks to equip front line supervisors with the skills to do an effective job in guiding, directing and evaluating their staff.  The program is open to new supervisors, to be supervisors and experienced supervisors of the Mobile County Merit System.
